Centrifugal fans both create the velocity within the system to keep the air moving, and provides the chopping function for breaking down any larger pieces of waste such as corrugated trimmings from a die cutter or excess aluminium in beverage can manufacturing.
A typical system utilises strategically positioned extraction points to rapidly remove the material at source and is conveyed through ducting to an air separator which then removes the waste material from the conveying air stream, ready to be recycled or removed. Removal of the waste ensures continuous production and recycling can often lead to increased profitability.
A balance filter cleans the air and recycles it back into the system, ensuring consistently safe and clean air for your workforce whilst ensuring a continuously running process. There is no need to generate your own as continuous recycling ensures clean air in both the facility and the system.
The removal point (usually a baler or compactor) is strategically positioned within the facility, ensuring waste is captured, removed and transported as quickly and efficiently as possible. Instantaneous removal of any scrap and waste from source eliminates the need for manual removal and build up in the factory.
