View our Units Many types of materials generate varying types of dust, dependent on the processes and materials used in the production environment. Some of these dusts can be hazardous and potentially explosive – to keep your work space safe and healthy, careful consideration and planning should be applied when considering dust removal systems.
Make integratedAIR Systems your trusted dust control partner and we will do the rest. With experience in multiple industries, such as commercial print, corrugated card, beverage cans and many more, we are dedicated to our trade and ready to work with you.

When a dust is potentially explosive, and/or when a filter unit is being installed in an ATEX rated area, our units can be supplied fully compliant with the ATEX Directive.
Looking to expand your manufacturing process? integratedAIR Systems can help guide and design your new system to improve the air quality within your business.
Having a system that suits your exact requirements can help make your system more energy efficient, reducing the power required and therefore its running costs.
We provide spare parts, maintenance and LEV testing for all of our dust extraction systems to ensure that your filter unit remains as efficient as the day that it was first installed.
One problem encountered by an industrial dust control filter is that it can very quickly become clogged, reducing efficiency as the extracted airflow reduces. To address this, a reverse jet pulse cartridge or bag filter would be used.
The way a reverse jet filter works is to periodically blast the opposite side of the filter with a jet of compressed air. The collected dust is dropped into the collector hopper & bin below, and the filter elements cleaned to allow air to pass through the selected media & flow freely again.
To be effective, your dust extraction system needs to be tailored to the equipment you use, and the type of dust they create. The starting point for this is selecting the appropriate application-specific dust collectors.

Ducted air at the correct velocity keeps the extracted dust in suspension.
Once collected, the dust goes through dust extraction filters which filter the air, collect the dust and can then recycle clean air back into the workspace.
Working closely with HSG258 guidance our Design Engineers can make sure that your systems are compliant with whatever regulations that need to be followed depending on the type of dust or fume that needs to be extracted:
Dust control filter systems are essential in any business where processes generate dust.
Most recently we have been designing systems for removing Aluminium, corrugated card and lacquer dust for companies such as Crown Packaging, Ball packaging, Trivium, DS Smith, Bluetree group and many more, all around the world. We can do the same for you.
