HC PRO Lite

Our BlueClean® HC PRO Lite is designed as a compact and cost-effective solution to your dust and fume extraction needs; this unit can be supplied as a true ‘plug and play’ filter unit. This unit is easy to install and commission, with the standard range housing between 2 and 8 filter elements, suitable for a range of dry dust process requirements.

Standard range from 2 to 8 cartridges, with larger units available upon request
Wide range of filtration medias, and optional HEPA secondary filtration to meet unique requirements.
130-litre waste collection bin supplied as standard with alternative discharge/collection methods available.
Range of pulse cleaning control panel specifications available including differential pressure with 4-20mA outfeed

Multiple inlet types and positions including ductwork adapters and anti-abrasion inlets.
Multiple inlet typWide range of filtration medias available including spun bond polyester, anti-static spun bond polyester, cellulose nanoweb, PTFE coated, and membrane medias and positions including ductwork adapters and anti-abrasion inlets.
Multiple waste collection/discharge methods including bin collection, 45 gallon drum, rotary valve discharge, etc.
Our units can be powder coated in any RAL colour and finish (eg: textured, semi-gloss, full gloss, etc).
Safe filter-change design available.
Secondary HEPA filtration available where required.
Choice of pulse sequence control panels including two DP (differential pressure) cleaning panels that include a 4-20mA outfeed facility for setting alarm conditions and external monitoring.
