Introduction
Our BlueClean® VC PRO range of vertically mounted cartridges are designed for easy maintenance with a compact footprint. With numerous configurations available, this versatile range of filter units is suitable for a wide range of process requirements.
VC Pro Range
- Conical cartridge technology allowing our VCP filter to handle high dust loadings
- Ideal for use within process applications as well as for general dust control
- Integral screw thread fixings within the 120mm diameter conical filter elements to give quick and simple filter change out
- ATEX compliant and safe to use with potentially explosive dusts (where required)
Options
- The VC PRO achieves quieter cleaning through the internal location of the pulse cleaning equipment all housed within the filter unit.
- Wide range of filter medias available including spun bond polyester, anti-static spun bond polyester, cellulose nanoweb, PTFE coated, and membrane medias.
- Can be supplied with or without fan sets with alternative power supplies to fan sets and pulse sequence control panels.
- Multiple waste collection/discharge methods available.
- Policing and HEPA secondary filtration.
- Our units can be supplied without badges and painted any RAL colour or finish, from textured to full gloss.
