Dust Extraction
Dust control filter systems are essential in any business where processes generate dust. We design filtration solutions for a wide range of applications, from simple plug and play filter units to bespoke multifaceted systems.

our solutions
Many types of materials generate dust, with the type depending on the processes and materials used in the production environment. Some of these dusts can be hazardous and potentially explosive. To keep your workspace safe and healthy, careful consideration and planning should be applied when considering dust removal systems.
Our multi-industry experience, covering areas such as commercial print, corrugated card, beverage cans and many more, demonstrates our experience and ability to adapt to the different challenges faced by our clients. No matter the environment we’ll help you find a solution that works for you.
Air Quality
When a dust is potentially explosive, and/or when a filter unit is being installed in an ATEX rated area, our units can be supplied fully compliant with the ATEX Directive.
Energy Efficiency
Looking to expand your manufacturing process? integratedAIR Systems can help guide and design your new system to improve the air quality within your business.
Running Costs
Having a system that suits your exact needs can help the energy efficiency of your system by reducing power requirements, which can have a positive effect on running costs.
Health & Safety
We provide spare parts, maintenance and LEV systems testing for all our dust extraction solutions to ensure that your filter unit remains as efficient as the day that it was first installed.

A common problem for industrial dust control filters is that they can become clogged quite quickly, which affects efficiency as the extracted airflow is reduced. To solve this issue, a reverse jet pulse cartridge or bag filter needs to be installed.
A reverse jet filter works by periodically blasting the opposite side of the filter with a jet of compressed air. The collected dust is dropped into the collector hopper and bin below, and the filter elements are cleaned to allow air to pass through the selected media & flow freely again.
To be effective, your dust extraction system needs to be tailored to the equipment you use, and the type of dust they create. The starting point for this is selecting the appropriate application-specific dust collectors.
Capture
Having a system that suits your exact requirements can help make your system more energy efficient, reducing the power required and therefore its running costs.
Convey
Ducted air at the correct velocity keeps the extracted dust in suspension which helps to avoid accumulation in the ducts, making it easier to manage for transport and collection.
Collect
Once collected, the dust goes through dust extraction filters which filter the air, collect the dust and can then recycle clean air back into the workspace.

HSG258
We work within HSG258 guidance, so our design engineers will ensure that your systems are compliant with the relevant regulations for the type of dust or fume that needs to be extracted:
