Each system taken from concept to commissioning is carefully developed by our team using 2D and 3D CAD drawings. This approach to system planning allows us to create a ‘General Arrangement’ of the system layout, ensuring that the client understands every aspect of the design before moving onto the manufacturing stage.

In-House System Design Team
At integratedAIR Systems, everything we do is in-house, with no outsourcing of the system design process to external parties. This ensures we can fully implement the design plan and deliver the project objectives and solutions as intended.
Using AutoCAD, we overlay our system onto the current plant layout, which enables us to show the client how we plan to integrate the system into their facility. It also allows the client to liaise with us about any restrictions or issues that may affect the design or installation. Once the drawings have been reviewed and assessed by the client, we can then proceed to the manufacturing stage and start to plan the next steps.
