Trim Handling Process
The corrugated and carton board industry generates a vast amount of waste from trim, die cutters and offcuts. This means that companies require reliable, long-term solutions that will keep their production area waste-free.
On a fast-moving production line, your waste-handling system must be able to handle the collection and removal of scrap waste and also chop and bale the corrugated trim. When processed correctly, the reclaimed carton waste can be compacted and prepared for recycling at high commercial value.
The production process also creates dust, which needs to be collected at the source and filtered for the benefit of the operators and machinery. Dust control systems can be used to eliminate this issue, with specific filters available based on dust type and other important factors.
